Create API credentials

Register, then generate an API key and secret from the dashboard Applications page.

Get your API credentials

Create an account via POST /auth/signup or sign in via POST /auth/login. Then generate an API Key via POST /developer/gatewayConfigs to get your x-api-key and x-api-secret.

Send your collection request

Make a POST request to /payment/mtn-momo-pay with the customer's phone number, amount, and currency.

Poll for payment status

Extract the returned transactionReferenceId and poll GET /payment/mtn/status/:reference until completed.
